Knotty Olive is an Atlanta-based crochet studio owned by Liv Supak. She teaches crochet classes and makes commission pieces. The old logo was a placeholder and on expanding the studio, Liv wanted a brand identity that could grow with it.

She wanted to keep the concept the same: a ball of yarn in the shape of an olive and a crochet hook stuck through it.

It needed to be playful and something that she could use to represent the studio to interior designers and movie studios, but also to home DIY-ers to “inspire others to make their own stuff/get crafty.”
